Pinkerton & Sons Disposal couldn’t complete Monday’s trash pickup yesterday because a tree fell across the access road to the Northport transfer station. We aren’t sure whether they will be back before Thursday to pick up the remaining trash.
Reminder: This coming Thursday, September 10th, will be the final Thursday trash pickup. Starting next week, the week of September 14th, trash will be picked up only on Tuesdays for the rest of the calendar year.
