As Hurricane Lee threatens to impact our coast by the coming weekend, the village is removing the swim float, boat float, and out float earlier than scheduled. All three floats will be removed from the wharf by end of day on Thursday, September 14th. As of 4:30PM on Weds, most dinghies have been removed from the boat float.
If you are unable to move your dinghy from either float, a team of community-minded volunteers is available to move hard-hulled dinghies to the shore and inflatables to available moorings. The NVC dinghy will be available on shore for the use of boat owners who need to get to their mooring.
