The first of the 2025 Donuts & Dialogue events will be held on Saturday, June 28 from 8-10AM in Community Hall (upstairs).
The topic is the 2026 budget and the public is invited to attend. A PDF that includes the working draft of the 2026 budget and other relevant information is available here.
The Donuts & Dialog events are designed to focus on issues of critical importance to the village and provide a open-ended forum for village residents to raise questions and provide feedback to the Board of Overseers and members of committees who are not Overseers.
All Donuts and Dialog events run from 8-10AM and are open to the public. Brief presentations are followed by open dialog, questions, and input from village residents. Coffee and donuts are provided.
The other 2025 Donuts & Dialogue dates are:
July 12 – Topic: Recent Developments with the NVC Utilities Department — including an overview of system performance and priority issues.
July 19 – Topic: Why a village and a town? This will explore the relationship between the Town of Northport and Bayside, including how areas of overlap are handled and what priorities are emerging.
August 9 – Topic: NVC Infrastructure Needs — exploring the top infrastracture priorities and an evolving timeline for addressing them.
