The Board of Overseers will meet on Thursday, January 12th at 6PM in a special session to consider a proposal from a new external service provider to manage village sewer and water operations.

In its meeting on January 10th, the Utilities Trustees approved for recommendation to the Board of Overseers a contract proposal from Water Quality & Compliance Services Inc (WQCSI) for management services of village wastewater and drinking water operations. The final version of the proposed WQCSI contract is available here — including with yellow highlights of the final revisions that the Utilities Committee has requested from WQCSI. The Overseers will vote on the Utilities Committee recommendation to adopt the WQCSI proposal in the Board’s meeting on Thursday.
The public is invited to attend this hybrid meeting, either in-person in Community Hall (downstairs) or via Zoom.
