The Annual Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, August 8th at 6:00PM and will be held on the basketball court, weather permitting. If the weather is inclement as of 2PM that day, the meeting will be moved to Community Hall (upstairs).
Please note that the primary function of the Annual Meeting is to approve the 2023 Annual Warrant, including the proposed 2024 budget as ratified by the Board of Overseers after extensive analysis and budget workshops.

The NVC Annual Report, which includes both documents mentioned above, plus reports from village officers, committee chairs, the Village Agent, Wharfmaster, and key Bayside organizations (including the yacht club, Bayside Arts, Bayside Historical Preservation Society, etc.) will be available on Friday, August 4th. Qualified voters can collect a copy of the Annual Report from the Village Office or the Blair Agency beginning on Friday afternoon.
Please note: Due to a cap on the number of printed reports, we are limited to one copy of the Annual Report per qualified voter. The Annual Report will also be available online on Friday, August 4th.
