Effective April 20th, the temporary office hours for the NVC Village Office are Mondays from  9:00AM to 12 Noon.

Outside of Mondays, office services are also available by appointment. Please call 207-338-0751 to schedule an appointment.

NVC’s Office Manager, Trish Parker, has resigned to accept a new position, effective Friday, April 17. We wish Trish the very best in her new role and thank her for her service to Bayside. 

We are actively recruiting candidates for the Office Manager position. In the interim, we ask for your patience when contacting the office and/or requesting assistance in NVC matters. We hope to have temporary staffing in place soon and a new Office Manager hired in the coming weeks.

The Board of Overseers will hold the second of a series of Spring budget workshops on Saturday, April 18th at 10AM.

This is a hybrid session held in Community Hall (downstairs) and via Zoom.

Budget workshops are working meetings in which the Overseers shape and refine next year’s budget.

The budget preparation process involves the Overseers analyzing each line item for revenue and spending, and comparing budgeted and actual amounts across current and past budgets.

The public is invited to attend budget workshops, but the Overseers do not take public comments or questions during these sessions.

The Utilities Committee will meet in a regularly scheduled monthly meeting on Friday, April 17th at 2:30PM.

The meeting will be held in the Community Hall (downstairs) and online via Zoom.

The public is invited to attend.
