All Dinghies, kayaks, and other personal watercraft must be removed from the boat float and outdoor recreation area at Ruggles Park by the end of the day on Monday, October 12, 2026.

The Northport Village Corporation office will be closed on Tuesday, September 22, 2026. The office will reopen on Wednesday and remain open for the rest of the week during normal business hours.

Tuesday-only trash pick-up starts today — Monday, September 14th.

Trash pick-up on Mondays is now moved to Tuesdays. Thursday trash pick-up has been stopped for the year.

Please remember to put your trash and recycling out by 8AM The contractor does not have a set schedule and may pick up your trash any time after 8 AM.

Details concerning the purchase of a new NVC Truck will be discussed at the September 13th Overseers meeting. The total cost is slightly less than the previous estimate for a 2026 model that is no longer available. The proposal is to purchase a 2027 model.

This Infrastructure Committee meeting will take place via Zoom only, starting at 10 am on Wednesday, September 16th. There is no set agenda. Residents will have the opportunity to raise and discuss issues related to the village’s infrastructure.
