The Nominating Committee is pleased to report that four candidates are running for three open positions on the Board of Overseers. The election will take place at the Annual Meeting on Tuesday August 9 at 6PM.
There are two openings on the Board for three year terms. The candidates for those positions are Celine Bewsher, Fred Lincoln, and Elaine Moss. The election this year will also fill a position for a one year term; Jeffrey Wilt is a candidate for that position.
As is customary, the Nominating Committee will sponsor a Candidates Forum held via Zoom on Monday August 8 at 4:30PM. It will last for a maximum of 90 minutes and will be moderated by Michael Tirrell. Please see the Zoom log-in details below.
The format for the Candidates Forum features brief opening statements from each candidate. The floor will then be open to questions from participants on the Zoom call. Each candidate will have an opportunity to answer every question posed by attendees and the Forum will end at 6PM, though it could end earlier if attendees’ questions are addressed and no further questions remain. The Candidates Forum will also be recorded.
